All of our leather goods are made by hand in New York, USA.

We source our leather from American tanneries, along with all supplemental materials. If we use leather sourced from outside the US it will be highlighted in the product description.

Most orders ship within 5-6 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 7 business days.

We use leathers in small quantities so we can utilize them to the best of our abilities and use every single inch of the given leather. Because of that most of our iteams are either one of a kind or made in very limited quantities. However, if your favorite item is sold out contact us at redbelliedusa@gmail.com and we'll let you know if the item will be back in stock.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at redbelliedusa@gmail.com. Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.

If your item arrives damaged please email redbelliedusa@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #.

Simple cleaning: Use cold water without soap as its chemical residue can damage the leather over time. Wipe your product once every two weeks (depending on use) to get rid of the dirt and dust. Leave it dry in a well-ventilated area before keeping it in storage.
